Classes
Students are introduced to poses with variations to suit their level. With regular practice students will gain familiarity with poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques and relaxation methods. Get your friends together for a weekly event. Unlimited Monthly Membership

This 2-hour all levels workshop will teach you the proper alignment and execution of all 12 poses in a Sun Salutation with hands on adjustments, demonstrations and a 20 minute Sun Salutation practice devoted to build your confidence and skill level. Register now as space is limited to only 10 students to ensure safety and increased one-on-one time with each participant. Power Yoga Workshop
Workshop will include: 90 minute power yoga practice, break down of more advanced poses including arm balances, jumps and inversions, details of proper alignment in each pose to ensure safety and maximum benefit, instruction and practice of heat producing breathing techniques and resources to include a music playlist and power yoga home practice guide. This workshop requires at least 6-12 months prior yoga experience, as well as, good physical fitness. Limited to 10 students. Introduction to Yoga Series Next Series Starts the Week of March 5th, 2012.
This 8-week series systematically and incrementally develops all the basic information that a person needs to
practice competently and confidently in any of our other classes. New students should definitely take this class
as their primer. These classes tend to fill, register by Dec. 27th, 2011 to secure your spot.

Private Lessons $75 - approximately one hour A fitness assessment is done and an individualized program is developed to help the student reach specific goals. Treat a loved one or yourself to a one-on-one introduction to yoga, improve your skill set or get a yoga tune-up! Corporate Classes We will gladly come to your worksite. Minimum of five students. What to Bring
Key Benefits
Classes usually start and end by chanting "OM". This is not for
religious purposes. Chanting helps center the body and mind before class. It is also a breathing exercise that
helps create strong lungs. "OM" is the ultimate sound, all sounds are in OM and OM is in all sounds. Enjoy the
